Anna Kournikova

Anna Kournikova was literally and figuratively the hottest player in tennis during the 1990s.

Born in Moscow in 1981, Anna quickly took to the game of tennis at a young age, proving herself to be one of the top players in all of the USSR. Kournikova and her family made the move to the United States when she was just 10, making her Grand Slam debut when she was 15. Soon after appearing on courts around the United States, Kournikova began receiving a slew if media attention due to her looks. Photographs of the tennis prodigy began popping up everywhere, despite the fact that Kournikova had never won a singles title. In fact, in almost 10 years of active competition, Anna never did win a WTA event, although she did reach several finals and won her share of doubles titles.

Presently, Anna Kournikova plays in occasional events, but she's mostly known for her long-term relationship with singer Enrique Iglesias. However, that has not stopped fans from paying homage to her tennis and modeling days, continually searching for more photos of the former tennis player.
