Art And Photography

Artists and designers create work in a variety of artistic media. The term art typically refers to the disciplines of painting, drawing, sculpture, illustration and other free form media.

Photography is often times referred to on its own due to the unique nature and creative process required by the tool sets. Artists and organizations will often times group these two disciplines together under the tag of "art and photography".

Examples of artists using photography in a variety of ways include David Hockney, Richard Avedon, Andy Warhol and many others.
