BBC
BBC stands for the British Broadcasting Corporation, the national media company for the United Kingdom.
The BBC has been in existence since 1922 when a group of companies decided to band together to launch their first radio station, known as 2LO, from Marconi, England. From those tiny beginnings, the BBC has used the decades since to grow into the largest broadcasting corporation in the entire world, offering a dedicated TV news channel, online information portals, original programming, and world broadcasting services to dozens of countries, reaching hundreds of millions of viewers and listeners.
The British Broadcasting Corporation also provides subscription and non-subscription Interactive Digital TV services, allowing users to find relevant news, sports, and information going on at that moment in time.
