It’s generally women or teenagers with a bundle of mobile phones and a stop-watch who act as pay phones.

After our meal, our server presented us with our bill, which had one of those survey requests. Fill out a survey online and get entered into a drawing for $1000! Our server was very personable and very friendly, so I decided that I would actually go home and fill out the online survey, for the first time ever.

They overcharge all the time and if you are not careful, they will steal your money. After spending many hours on the phone, they finally accepted about making a “mistake in my account” and reimbursed the money.

After each failed delivery attempt, Elizabeth called Dell, which repeatedly promised that they'd get it right next time. One CSR even claimed that he personally called DHL to change the shipping address.
