PERODUA NAUTICA 4WD vs DAIHATSU TERIOS

    http://ezzygetacar.com/ ?p=20

PERODUA NAUTICA 4WD Perodua Nautica 4WD is the name of the new Perodua SUV which will be launched somewhere in May, speculately on the 10th. It will replace the existing Perodua Kembara. Some believe the word Nautica comes from a root word of nautical which symbolizes sailing, more to its appearance perhaps.

Perodua Nautica 4WD to be Kembara's imported successor model?

    http://for-wheels.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 04/ perodua-nautica-4wd-is-kembaras.html

Perodua has announced that its upcoming SUV will be named Nautica, with permanent 4WD. This new vehicle, based on the Daihatsu Terios (think: Toyota Rush with short wheelbase) is expected sometime May 2008. To be positioned as a somewhat premium compact SUV - first for a Perodua - the Nautica will have a 1.5L DVVT (VVTi) engine and standard 4-speed automatic transmission.

    Daihatsu Copen

    http://astonishingcars.net/ index.php/ 2008/ 04/ 22/ daihatsu-copen/

Is not very easy to find a Daihatsu Copen by the Spanish streets, but in a single week I’ve have seen 2 in Barcelona. It will be the Daihatsu fever? What thing has this car that does not leave anyone indifferent ? This is not a sportive roadster, his 1.3i 16 V of 87 CV with 5-gear is thrifty and reliable.

    Stellaaaaa! No Kei For Subaru?

    http://jdmpire.com/ ?p=57

Toyota’s increased stake in Subaru parent Fuji Heavy Industries has apparently obviated a need for FHI-developed kei cars. According to this post on Autoblog, Toyota-owned Daihatsu will now supply Subaru with its kei cars, meaning no more Stella, Sonica, R1 or R2. Well, we’re not so sure.

Subaru to stop making Kei Cars

    http://fun.sniperslive.com/ subaru-to-stop-making-kei-cars/

Last week’s announcement that Toyota wants to raise its stake in Subaru’s parent company Fuji Heavy Industries looked to have no down side. Subaru gets $300 million with which to build a new factory, Toyota gets greater access to FHI’s high tech batteries for hybrids, and both get to build the affordable RWD/AWD coupe that we’re all waiting for.
