ABC Wednesday.... J for Jeanne d'Arc

    http://montpellierdailyphoto.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 03/ abc-wednesday-j-for-jeanne-…

The church I attend in my neighborhood is called Eglise Sainte Jeanne d'Arc (St Joan of Arc church). It is about 50 years old. It is very difficult to photograph it as it is caught between high concrete buildings. The lower photo shows the presbytery. Please visit Mrs.

    The colors of the Night.

So, here is the rest of my wandering in Biarritz, which, you will find, eventually conducted me to the Musee Asiatica, whereat I took many, many pictures (a small fraction of which may be seen here and here).

    Urban Exploration

    http://jasmincormier.wordpress.com/ 2007/ 12/ 24/ urban-exploration/

A couple of weeks ago, I went urban exploring for the very first time with the dinofuck crew and we got into an abandoned church. Of course we all had our cameras and those pictures are what I came up with: (All images are clickeable and link to a higher resolution version) This is the main floor of the church, the masses once gathered to pray satan or something.

Normandy, France - Retracing History (Part 3)

    http://cruisewithchris.blogspot.com/ 2007/ 12/ normandy-france-retracing-history…

I conclude our Normandy visit with three destinations: St. Mere Eglise, Pointe du Hoc, and Honfluer. St Mere Eglise was occupied by the Germans on June 18th 1940, and liberated by the Americans on June 6, 1944 (D-Day). As we drove into this quaint little French town, we saw the church where the paratrooper John Steel hung from the steeple after his chute got snagged.

    Pray the Lord

    http://tallyboy.hautetfort.com/ archive/ 2007/ 11/ 20/ pray-the-lord.html

Sunday....we shall pray for the Lord and his son Jesus. We did the same thing today by ending up in a brunch cafe in the Marais with Virginie. Charlotte came up later. Then it was just as every sunday I guess, walking round there and bumping into people we knew....Marais the new church (trendy ain't
