    Thanks to Elaine V. Sometimes you see stats and realize you yourself have bought into stereotypes. I would not have guessed that a higher percentage a greater percentage of Hispanic-Americans and African-Americans were veg*ns than Caucasians. And I have no reason for it except, I fear, buying into the whole "vegetarianism is white privilege" thing.
