Explore
To explore something or somewhere is to open your mind to new and potentially exciting discoveries. It doesn't matter if someone has already been there or done that, the fact that it is a first for you makes your exploration special.
Some things that you explore may be physical and regional in nature. If you scuba dive and your aim is to find sunken pirate ships for the possible recovery of loot, you'll spend a lot of time and must be equipped with the appropriate gear.
Some people prefer to get out of their comfort zones and explore themselves by trying new things to figure out their likes and dislikes. Others get their exploratory fill by tracking down information and knowing as much as they can about everybody else. These people search by address to find out who lives in the big mansion or haunted house.
On fun type of exploratory activity is looking through a cave with all of its stalactites and stalagmites formed over hundreds of years. Another fun exploratory effort is the sport of geocaching where you locate hidden items with the use of GPS technology.
