The Players Championship - Predictions
http://www.leftylinks.com/ blog/ ?p=29The Players Championship - Predictions May 6th, 2008 Next up, the Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass in Florida, the “fifth of four majors.” Reminds me of a girl I know who was born with the “sixth of five” toes. It was removed surgically, and they did a great job, in my opinion—but I guarantee the surgeon didn’t get $1.71 million for his/her work.

Verizon Heritage Results - Boo!
http://www.leftylinks.com/ blog/ ?p=24Verizon Heritage Results - Boo! April 20th, 2008 A solid week for Lefty Links at the Verizon Heritage. True, many of the favorites did well, which makes it easier to look good, but in my defense, I did lay off some of the big name stinkers this week, like Snedeker (T53), Els (cut), and Rose (withdrawal).

How Steve Flesch Got His Masters Putting Mojo
http://armchairgolfblog.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 04/ how-steve-flesch-got-his-masters…Half of golf is fun; the other half is putting. −Peter Dobereiner It wasn’t that long ago that Steve Flesch was putting “very poorly.” You wouldn’t have known it last week at the Masters. The southpaw was dropping par-saving putts in the throw-up range and beyond like it was no big deal.

Immelman the Top Survivor at Augusta
http://thelivefeed.net/ index.php/ 2008/ 04/ 14/ immelman-the-top-survivor-at-au…While watching the final round of the Masters with a friend Sunday afternoon, we both had a few doubts about Trevor Immelman’s play. There was the missed birdie putt on No. 7, followed by a bogey on 8. Then a bogey on the par-3 12th, followed by a disastrous double bogey on 16.

Masters Thoughts: Tiger Was Tiger Once Again
http://sportsgoggles.wordpress.com/ 2008/ 04/ 14/ masters-thoughts-tiger-was-tig…Watching Tiger Woods play his final round of the 2008 Masters I have to admit that maybe I’m wrong. See, I continue to believe that Woods’ failure to win when trailing after 54 holes in a major (0-16 when trailing by six shots or less) is a fluke statistic.
