Golden retriever

Known for their beauty and loyalty, the great traits in Golden Retriever puppies only grow with age. As historically hunting animals, Golden Retriever puppies would be trained to retrieve game, often waterfowl. Their love of water remains today even when they are family pets. Golden Retrievers are also often used as guide dogs because of their friendly demeanor and the ease of training. Golden Retrievers are also used in drug detection and search and rescue. Golden Retrievers are versatile animals.

German Shepherds are often a favorite of Golden Retriever lovers as well. Though different in appearance, the temperament of a German Shepherd is not all that different. Loyal to their families, German Shepherds are a very popular family pet.
