Hong Kong

Hong Kong is one of the largest business centers on the planet, and is a territory that is self governed and belongs in larger part to the People’s Republic of China, claiming it’s own legal system, currency, political system and other laws separate from the mainland of China.

Hong Kong is translated to mean “fragrant harbor” in English. Known as one of the most densely populated areas on earth, the city of Hong Kong is populated by over seven million people within an area of 1,108 km2 (428 sq mi). Summers remain hot and humid in the Hong Kong area whereas the winters stay cool, which makes Hong Kong vacations a popular item for world travelers.

Visitors stay at Hong Kong hotels for a variety of reasons. Hong Kong’s natural beauty and extensive skyline provide a picturesque view of a great city.
