The time is nearly here. I can feel the anticipation in the air. Bloggers 'round the world are bursting with excitement, anxiously awaiting the arrival of the greatest Social Media event in the world! IZEAFest! Maybe I'm being a tad overdramatic, but I know I'm looking forward to it, as is V.

Well, if you attended this spring’s BarCamp Orlando, you’re probably already familiar with local social media marketing firm IZEA, which sponsored an amazing after-event party.

I finally decided I am attending Blog World Expo. I was wondering if I should just go to either IZEAFest or BlogWorld Expo. IZEAFest I quickly bought my ticket because of an unbeatable price and I just finally decided to go ahead and go to Blog World.

Here’s yet another conference you can hear me speak at. I was invited to speak at Izeafest 2008, taking place in Florida between September 11th - 13th. This time, however, I will be speaking about [WordPress] tools & plugins. You may or may not have heard that I’m heading up WordCamp NY 2008, so you might as well guess that I am a passionate user of WordPress.

I just saw a banner that showed less than 30 days until the IZEAFest in Orlando, Florida. Wow! It doesn’t seem that long ago that we were checking into Vegas hotels and meeting other Posties for the first time. In September we will be having the second annual gathering of bloggers.

IZEA will be holding a three-day festival that aims to “educate and connect bloggers and advertisers.” The IZEAFest will be held in sunny Orlando, Florida from the 11th to the 13th of September. Organizers are now plugging the party as the one to “have more influential bloggers and industry people
