August 27, 2008 Organisations in a competitive world are so engrossed with improving profits and delivering better results for their share holders that sometimes they are forgetting the most important person in the business cycle- the customer. Rules are formed and organisations structured in ways to suit internal requirements.

Whew, just enough time to put this together before I star my limo service for my kids. First, I picked them up from schoo, bring them home for after-school snacks, then out again for their after-school classes. I’ve got until 645 to take them home.

With the title of today’s blog, you’d think that I’d be talking about sister-siblings. Well, unfortunately, I don’t have sister-siblings. I have two older brothers, and I’m the youngest of the trio. But as a young girl I always wanted a sister, and even though I grew up without one, I’m very fortunate to have very close girlfriends who are my sisters in so many ways.
