What's wrong with this picture, taken from the Oregonian's website today? I'll give you a hint: here's a portion of the Republican primary ballot: Evidently, The Oregonian is so in love with Kate Brown that it's endorsing her for the general election, too.

As the follow-up to her best-selling 2005 novel “Labyrinth,’ Kate Mosse has delivered the expected: a gothic melodrama set in the South of France, much occult skulduggery, direct references to Grail legends and Dan Brown, and a narrative divided between the present and an earlier time.

Ballots have been mailed out now to Oregon voters and decision time has arrived. Voting matters (anyone who thinks otherwise should remember the year 2000 when the national election was stolen and events were set in motion that would led us to war and economic woes).

There is a hot primary happening on the Democratic ticket and it’s not the presidential race. In Oregon, the secretary of state’s race is heating up, and this Saturday three state senators – Kate Brown, Rick Metsger and Vicki Walker will debate.
