Ugandan is to construct a $2 million mansion for its embassy in Kigali to strengthen the bilateral cooperation of the two historical allies, according to the Uganda ambassador Richard Kabonero. Kabonero told APA on Wednesday that the relations between the two states were excellent, noting that getting a permanent home in Kigali is a sign of cementing the long relations among the two peoples.
