Losing Weight
There are different ways to lose weight. One of the proven methods is following a calorie shifting diet.
With calorie shifting you confuse your body metabolism by providing it with different types of calories at different times. This allows for secretion of fat burning hormones in large numbers resulting in fat loss.
Our brain secretes two types of hormones after every meal. These hormones are responsible for fat loss as they control Fat storage and Fat burning. These hormones can be controlled by the type of food we eat. Our diet and diet pattern manipulates these hormones.
We can produce more fat burning hormones and less fat storing hormones simply by altering our diet pattern. This type of eating pattern is also called an idiot proof diet as it is geared towards fooling your metabolism to assist weight loss.
With this type of diet you can eat 4 times per day. You have to rotate different types of food per meal to achieve the desired result. You can even make simple meals at home and save money on groceries.
