Matt Damon

American actor and Academy Award winning screenwriter Matthew Paige Damon was born on October 8, 1970 in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He first catapulted to fame in 1997 after co-writing and starring in the critically acclaimed drama Good Will Hunting alongside good friend and fellow actor Ben Affleck.

Matt Damon's impressive filmograhy includes international blockbusters like Saving Private Ryan (1998), The Talented Mr. Ripely (1999), Dogma (1999) and the Ocean's Eleven flicks. His most noteworthy role to date has been that of butt-kicking spy Jason Bourne in the popular Bourne series. He is ranked as one of the top 35 highest grossing film actors of all time.

In 2007, People magazine voted Damon as the "Sexiest Man Alive."

Damon has been linked to a bevy of Hollywood beauties over the years including the likes of Winona Ryder, Claire Danes and Penelope Cruz. He married bartender Luciana Bozan Barroso in a civil ceremony on December 9, 2005 at the Manhattan Marriage Bureau near New York City Hall. The couple have three children together.
