Still Focused… May 13th, 2008 I have been blessed with a position at Liberty National. I am still trying to develop a new routine in order to maximize my time. I have not been blogging as of late; yet, I remain focused on becoming the best man that I can be. I am thankful for my quiet time.

For Mother's Day my eight year old daughter persuaded her father to shop for my gifts at the Christian Bookstore. I'm told that she marched up to the sales associate and politely asked if they carried books by Randy Alcorn. The associate asked her if she was seeking adult or children's books.

Too much to do. It seems like a disease these days...having too much to do in too little time. Arranging meetings, making deadlines, getting that gift for mom...it's Friday and I need another day before the weekend to make things come together. At least that's what I think I need.

HE’s waiting for the shadows. Darkness will afford the cover he covets. So he waits for the safety of nightfall. He sits near the second-floor window of his house, sipping olive-leaf tea, watching the sunset, biding his time. Jerusalem enchants at this hour.
