    http://glutenfreegoddess.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 09/ sweet-potato-shepherds-pie-ranc…

A certain individual here living by the mesa is more than ready for Fall recipes. I'm sick of salads for dinner because it's too damn hot to cook. I mean, I love my baby greens as much as the next former vegetarian, but I'm no longer craving arugula (actually, did I ever crave arugula?).

    Small Cruise Ships

    http://www.allaboutcruisesandmore.com/ small-cruise-ships

Taking a cruise vacation on a mega-liner certainly has its advantages. The bigger the ship, the more restaurants, casinos, shopping, dance clubs, and spas you’ll have to choose from. But when it comes to adventure, relaxation, pampering, and access to some of the most remote places on earth — small cruise ships are number one.

    Chocolate Biscotti- cookies for grown-ups

    http://glutenfreegoddess.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 09/ chocolate-biscotti-cookies-for-…

I was seriously jonesing for a crunchy coffee treat this week. But what could I make? Eating lower carb and lower glycemic means I'm eating no sugar, white flour or starches. The sweetest thing I've eaten in a month was the half of a frozen banana I tossed yesterday into a berry breakfast smoothie.

A Mediterranean garden is one of the eye catching gardens that have the look and feel of a European get away even when the garden is located in Southern California.
