Follow-up on yesterday’s post: This week’s Newsweek is on shelves today, and (unsurprisingly) features Sarah Palin on the cover. After reading the article, I’m left with one of two conclusions: 1) I’m way more out-of-touch with average America than I thought; or 2) She’s the one who’s not like us.

- Sure, the training is excellent! But, the best thing about Photoshop World is the people. These people are not only talented, intelligent, and passionate but they’re also one of the nicest groups of people to work with anywhere. You get this feeling everyone here: with the instructors, the staff, and the attendees.

Mother Moose And Her Baby Sarah Palin and John McCain are no friends to the environment or wild life. They support hunting and shooting animals from low flying airplanes. That’s NOT hunting. This is what lazy and ignorant cowards with lots of money do. They don’t have the skills or the intelligence to hunt an animal.

"Hockey mom" is probably the most recognizable of these. "Troopergate" will become more and more known in the next few weeks.

The omnipresent Gary Vaynerchuk needed a new project to keep his adrenaline flowing so with a few others he dreamed up a T Shirt Search Engine. Who would have thought we needed one? The new baby goes by the name of Please Dress Me. Leaving the office and want to blend with the It Crowd, they help you find the right Tee so you look cool under the suit.

Republicans are all agog over Sarah Palin. They’re practically drooling. It isn’t for the policies of Palin, though, or the substance of Sarah, so much a it is for her image. It’s Republican identity politics at its worst. They say that Sarah Palin is the hottest VP from the coolest state. Really.

Old Logo: New Logo: Once, a Bull Moose pulled the Republican party apart.  Perhaps now one can unite it at its conservative roots.  Don’t you think it would bug a lot of the progressives of today to know that the first use of Progressive to describe a political party in the US was Teddy Roosevelt’s bull moose party?

Everyone is talking about Alaska. No idea why. But seriously, is it me, or is everyone you know suddenly an expert on aerial wolf hunting? Really odd. But what in Alaska is ripe for this blog? Well, apparently, there are some very dumb Alaskan laws that are still on the books.
