Roads have been blocked and protests have turned violent. Protesters set two trucks on fire and 35 people were arrested in clashes with police on the Pan-American Highway in northern Nicaragua.

The beach near our hostel was the windiest beach ever, we actually got cuts from the sand blowing against our legs, the beach also had a dead eel in the sand every meter or so, very strange!

The grounds smell of sweet ground chocolate and spice which follows through to the cup, but what you will notice first after brewing is the smell of fresh tobacco and leather.
