OFFICE

Based on the BBC series of the same name, The Office is the Emmy Award-winning NBC comedy shot in mockumentary style. This unique take on the mundane and often inane aspects of working in Corporate America documents the exploits of fictional paper supply company, Dunder Mifflin, located in Scranton, Pennsylvania.

The series main character Michael Scott, played by comedian Steve Carell. Scott is the ego-centric and insecure head of Dunder Mifflin's Scranton office and manages a typical group of office workers with personality quirks all their own. Plot lines often revolve around Scott's outlandish schemes and behavior, while subplots involving main characters, such as the romance between receptionist Pam Beesly and salesman Jim Halpert, gradually develop throughout the seasons.
