When it comes to social media, do agencies get it? Apparently not according to a TNS/Cymfony study that polled more than 60 marketers. To corroborate their findings, I spoke with executives from several national PR agencies here in Atlanta to get their perspective on how their jobs are changing as a result of social media.

They've been a model for many other urban bicycle coalitions, and have helped change the character of San Francisco's streets by advocating for bike lanes, and helping promote bicyling to events like EnergyCamp.
