An emergency summit of European leaders is due to be held in Paris on the global financial crisis.

AP reports that the European Union - Ukraine summit has been slightly postponed and moved.  If you were planning to attend, it will take place on Tuesday afternoon in Paris rather than on Tuesday morning in Evian. The AP notes that: Such last-minute changes in EU summit venues are unusual.
