Pacific Office Properties Trust, Inc. has finalized the acquisition of seven complexes (the “SoCal Portfolio”) consisting of over one million leasable square feet in 15 office and flex buildings located in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego. Pacific Office was formed earlier this year through a contribution of The Shidler Group’s Western U.S.

Today we had a family day out.  My mum and dad came over to take us out on a trip.  It was very like going on a school trip.  In fact, their people carrier bore an uncanny resemblance to a school bus, which probably explains why I was starving hungry by the time we arrived and it was only eleven o’clock.  I should have eaten my sandwiches in the car park in the time honoured tradition.

We’ve just got back from a busy weekend. We drove to my parents house in South Gloucestershire on Friday evening. Saturday was then spent first taking my car to a garage in Dursley. Mitsubishi had recalled all cars like mine to have a part exchanged so as they were doing it for free in it went and we found a playground for Morgan to play on.
