I’m going to be busy with meetings for the next few days. Here’s a scheduled post on what Carol and I did earlier in the week. Quick update on our 3rd day … First, we took the Piccadilly line tube to South Kensington, made a switch to the Circle line and headed towards Bayswater to look for some souvenirs for our little nieces and nephew.

Apparently there is some concern about my previous post, particularly whether any of the routes I highlighted are actually any good. I think we need some clarifications. i) I used to drive into Central London, especially Westminster, at least once a week for over 5 years. That was however 5 years ago.

DLR: Good Service Jubilee Line: Good Service Thames Clippers: Good Service Piccadilly Line: Minor Delays AS the week draws to a close, those leaving their desks at Canary Wharf should face few problems getting home. With good services on all the immediate public transport – the Jubilee Line, the DLR and the Thames Clippers, Wharfers should have smooth journeys.

The latest James Bond novel, penned to coincide with what would have been his creator Ian Fleming’s 100th birthday, went on sale today (May 28), with fans queuing overnight to secure the first copies.
