Pictures

Pictures are two dimensional graphic representations of scenes, people or objects. On the Internet pictures are generally available in JPEG, PNG or GIF formats. It is possible to search the Internet for pictures by keyword on sites like Google and there are sites which specialize in hosting pictures for free like Flickr.

Many blog writers like to include pictures in their entries and some, known as photobloggers, do nothing but entire blog entries composed of photographs. One example is celebrity photoblogger Cory Kennedy. Some bloggers also specialize in posting original art pictures to the Internet, many of them using the popular site Deviant Art.
