Below is the UFC programming schedule for September 15-21, of which it is to be televised on Spike TV: UFC: Best of 2007 Monday, September 15 (9:00 PM - Midnight, ET/PT) Three hours of non-stop action - the best of UFC in 2007.  The broadcast will feature some of the top performances that took place inside the octagon during 2007, including such fights as Anderson Silva vs.
