Wow okay so this is long overdue. Can't believe it has been two weeks and I have had no time to post. I guess sometimes real life just gets in the way, Oh and maybe the 81 miles I am trying to complete this week might have something to do with it :) Without further ado a race report finally!

This coming Monday we’ll be ushering in the first day of fall and already the first cool tinges of the season are being felt. Soon, we’ll be putting away our shorts and actually enjoy spending hours outside without wilting under the summer sun.

Nobody wanted the press to remember Bill Murray's Groundhog Day in any way, shape or form.

The answers to the first question of the Democrat Presidential Debate on ABC tonight reminded me of that holiday celebrated so famously in Punxsutawney, Pa. Should you win the nomination, will you promise now to take on the other candidate as your running mate?
