As a general rule I hate commercial tonic water. Of course, there used to be a time when I didn't realize what I was missing out on, as Schweppes, Canada Dry and Seagram's were the only options that were available.

I’m not 100% sure where I found this drink, it was at some restaurant I had been to, perhaps The Smith? I improvised the amounts a little but if anyone knows either the correct measurements or who is responsible for this cocktail please let me know.
