Wonder no more - Heart break, pain and lost love … popular song themes. Could some of our favorite songs really be about quiting smoking or some other addictive substance? I’ve never actually made a song by myself, truth be told. I’ve only created bits and pieces of songs but the only thing stopping me is … something to write about.

Dave has been doing some research. My "crazy" started when I started taking Chantix to quit smoking. Turns out, I am not the only one. Thousands of patients who have taken Chantix to quit have been having problems with erratic thoughts, anxiety, depression, and mood swings. Hmm.....scary.

I am actually smoking more now then when I decided I should quit smoking. I think because the anti-smoking products gave me more nicotine than I was smoking, and then I switched to extra lights, which just meant I needed more quantity to get the same fix.

When exhaling, the wearer of the Smoker Jacket can blow down the side of the collar into a tube. The smoke is then sent through a channel of filters, making the clear fake lungs on the outside of the white jacket haze over.

There is this fabulously rich chocolate cake at a local health food store that I absolutely adore.  It is the kind of cake that if you sit down and eat a whole slice you will get sick, it is so rich.  And I wanted one.  After much debate I told my husband to go get me one.  (He is my enabler.)
