RM Auctions To Sell Vintage-Style Pedal Cars Benefitting Antique Auto Club As part of the Vintage Motor Cars of Hershey event in Pennsylvania, RM Auctions and the Antique Automobile Club of America will offer vintage-style pedal cars, custom-built for the event and benefiting the AACA.

On August 15-16, the world-renowned auction house, RM Auctions, will present the Sports & Classics of Monterey, an auction event featuring a varied selection of the finest sports and classic cars in their largest offering to date - $50-60 million.

RM Auctions announced that its Sports & Classics of Monterey Auction will feature a new 2009 Corvette ZR1 to benefit the Texas non-profit relief agency GRACE. The Monterey auction will take place August 15-16 at the Portola Hotel and Spa and coincides with the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.

This past weekend’s Ferrari Leggenda e Passione event by RM Auctions in Maranello saw a new record set for the sale of a car at a vintage auction. British radio personality Chris Evans shelled out a whopping $10,894,900 for a pristine 1961 Ferrari 250 GT SWB, the 13th example of just 56 built.
