The New Mexico Local Apple-A-Day Carbon Mile Reduction All-Grease Shopping Trip

    http://www.dougfine.com/ 2008/ 10/ 04/ the-new-mexico-local-apple-a-day-carbon-m…

Given that the Funky Butte Ranch’s apple, peach, plum, pear, cherry and apricot trees are still maturing (though looking great, especially given recent hail), I visited three orchards (two organic) en route to a reading in Northern New Mexico last week. This, in my view, is the world’s best kind of shopping: edible shopping.

He's bring on Ed Coleman for a few days, Chris Carlin for a few days, Joe Beningo for a few days, etc.

    http://backseatcuddler.com/ 2008/ 09/ 30/ celeb-beef-simon-pegg-vs-ricky-gervais…

Is Simon Pegg taking the title of his latest film How To Lose Friends And Alienate People a bit too far?  He recently launched a few barbs at his fellow countryman Ricky Gervais on a British radio show.

The Last Straw: Obama is now suppressing freedom of speech

    http://www.politicalbyline.com/ 2008/ 09/ 26/ the-last-straw-obama-is-now-suppre…

I have been behaving myself. But I cannot take it any longer. As a Conservative Libertarian, who believes in freedom of speech. I just cannot and will not sit idly by and allow a Marxist to steal the right to express one’s self freely. I am quite known for my controversy. I am known for my “over the top” statements.

(A very big Hat Tip and huge thank you to AllahPundit at Hotair.com for this one) The back story: From what I can figure out here. Bill O’Reilly went off on a populist rant yesterday. He attacked Rush Limbaugh and a few other Conservative Radio hosts. It was over this bail out deal that is happening right now.
