    Hurricane Fannie Freddie got me thinking about an email that I sent out to a Seattle real estate agent not too long ago.     The agent emailed me to say that she thought Rain City Guide’s negativity was only making the Seattle real estate market worse and that we should provide a more positive outlook.

    Deciding on a blog v. a traditional website

    I know I need to migrate away from microsoft frontpage, the web authoring tool I’ve used since the mid 1990s.  I heard that MS was going to stop supporting frontpage and that they were promoting a new product called Expressions Web.  I’ve been blogging for awhile now on Rain City Guide and Dustin

    Portia and Pucci above. They rule the roost. I have heard many folks take pride in their 700 credit score. Yes it is difficult to get 700, but now you have to climb a bit higher or pay a few more loan fees. Rhonda Porter clearly explains this on the Rain City Guide.
