Hurricane Fannie Freddie got me thinking about an email that I sent out to a Seattle real estate agent not too long ago.     The agent emailed me to say that she thought Rain City Guide’s negativity was only making the Seattle real estate market worse and that we should provide a more positive outlook.

You do with your comments! When I give talks about the value of blogs, I always brag about how active the rain city guide community is, but I hadn’t thought to try quantify it until I saw John Cook’s post this morning.

I know I need to migrate away from microsoft frontpage, the web authoring tool I’ve used since the mid 1990s.  I heard that MS was going to stop supporting frontpage and that they were promoting a new product called Expressions Web.  I’ve been blogging for awhile now on Rain City Guide and Dustin
