Taurus

Taurus is the second of the twelve sun signs of the zodiac. In western astrology, people born between April 20 and May 20 are born under the sign of Taurus.

Taurus is one of the three signs associated with the element of earth signs, known for being grounded in the physical world, and one of the four fixed signs, known for perseverance.

Taurus is a bull, strong and stubborn, with its feet firmly on the ground. The determination and desire for security make Taurus unwavering, continuing to work towards a goal where others might give up. However, Taurus can be rigid and inflexible, unwilling to consider new ideas or methods of achieving the goal.

The constellation Taurus is visible in both the northern and southern hemispheres. In the north, it is visible in the first months of winter, close to Orion the Hunter, with whom he is locked in battle. Taurus contains the 13th brightest star in the sky, the red giant Aldebaran.
