Whispers of Freedom Meme Leave it to Tricia Goyer to come up with a fun and unique way to do a book blog tour! Her latest novel, Whispers of Freedom, I’m playing. How about you? 1. List three things you would do with a chest full of gold (assuming you got to keep it!) 1) Find out how much it’s worth 2) See if there’s anyway I could invest it.

The Associated Press: Divers find Caesar bust that may date to 46 B.C. Looks a lot like GWB — where’s Marcus Junius when you need him? (via the Code Project) (tags: caesar antiquity rome sculpture) It’s time to get rid of email I find that a periodic Select All/Delete is good for my frame of mind.

    too little too late

    http://athornyway.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 05/ too-little-too-late.html

When I resigned from the LDS church, I went to the bishop of the ward I lived in and personally handed him my letter. I blogged about this marvellous experience last month. When I never heard anything back confirming my resignation, I sent in a letter to Member Records a week and a half ago or so.

A WEEK of warm weather has brought forth an army of creepy-crawlies and squadrons of nasty flying things. They have have invented repellants for pests like that, but, alas, it’s illegal to spray the stuff on Morons and Jehovah’s Witlesses, who have proved an even greater nuisance these last few days.

Maybe you had you fill to hear again and again about David. So, we’ll have a little break today. I really appreciate what Joab and his brother Abishai did when they had to lead the people into battle against Arameans and Ammonites.

The Athenians had their agora, the Romans had their Forum, the Maltese have Xarabank. The Athenians produced Plato and Socrates, the Romans Cicero and Virgil, and we have Peppi and his blog. I do not enjoy having a go at Mr.

Turkish Grand Prix organisers have responded to the FIA’s threat of possible sanctions over the dog incident that marred last weekend’s GP2 race. Video of the Week!

    http://blog.sanriotown.com/ blog/ 2008/ 05/ 15/ video-of-the-week-41/

Stories have always had this magical appeal on people. They bring you to this other world, drawing you to it, pulling you into its own secrets and suprises. No matter how long it is, or what it’s about, when someone says “story”, people do stop and listen. “Little Stories“, made by rocknrose, is one of those.
