Flixwagon was just announced as a finalist in Streaming Media's Readers' Choice Awards 2008 in the Mobile Video Platform category. The winner will be announced during the awards ceremony on September 24.

I want to take time to say thank you to all of those people that saw my previous post about the Black Weblog Awards and then nominated this blog. At times I am amazed at what we can do as a community of ONE when we come together. If I could only interest you all in giving to my MacBook Pro Fund, but that is a whole different rant.

The Black Weblog Awards has officially opened up for nominations. The Black Weblog Awards enters its 4th year recognizing the best and brightest in the Black blogosphere. Nominations will last until the 16th of August, and finalist voting will be August 17th -31st . The winning blogs are expected to be announced on September 4.

The 2008 Black Weblog Awards is under way, this is my first time trying to get noticed. While I have never won an award for what I do with my blog the honor of being included is a great thing so help me out yall.
