Questions I received on religion and Kabbalah: Question: Maybe things should be made easier for people who are interested in studying the wisdom of Kabbalah (both Jews and gentiles) by telling them that at the end of the correction process, there is a connection between one’s actions and spirituality.

    Classical Spirituality

    http://www.peter-ould.net/ 2008/ 09/ 02/ classical-spirituality/

The Internet Monk published a piece a few days ago which is worth thinking about: So….imagine that a Baptist (or other evangelical)- like my dear wife used to be, for example- were to decide that he or she wanted to deepen their spiritual life; to grow spiritually and in spiritual disciplines; to seek out spiritual direction and pursue spiritual formation.

    http://spiritualblog.com/ 418/ return-to-one-e-book-review

Return to One e-book Review Return to One is an e-book from Cathy Preston. It is one of the most insightful novels I have read on the spiritual path I am on. I posted a review at return-to-one.com in 2006 when the book was first made available, and I thought I would repost a revised review here for those who ...

What is the Goal of the Post-Gay Journey?

    http://www.peter-ould.net/ 2008/ 08/ 08/ what-is-the-goal-of-the-post-gay-journe…

Jay has some excellent pointers, and heterosexuality isn’t one of them!!! Oh sure, accoding to them we’re not sinning by being content celibates, but we’re not whole either. Lambeth 2008 - Moving Forward

    http://www.peter-ould.net/ 2008/ 08/ 05/ lambeth-2008-moving-forward/

So the big shin-dig at the campus of the University of Kent is over. Bishops are either returning home or taking the opportunity to spend a few days having a look round this Sceptered Isle. Have we really abandoned the flock?

    http://www.peter-ould.net/ 2008/ 08/ 01/ have-we-really-abandoned-the-flock/

Susan Russell, Chair of Integrity got invited yesterday to write for the Guardian. Unfortunately, her piece is full of contradictions and false assumptions. As the Lambeth conference proceeds in Canterbury, gay and lesbian Anglicans find themselves, once again, on the communion chopping block.
