This plugin allows a site admin to create & manage a list of blog topics. When new blogs are created, the blog owner will need to pick a topic for the blog, which can be changed via the blog owner via an admin screen. Code includes a widget to display the current blog’s topic, and an optional linked list of “n” blogs within the site that share the same topic.
