Okay, this entry has been quite some time in the making. The last session about virtual schooling that I was able to attend actually had two presentations on the top - both about Alabama ACCESS and both by Peg Roblyer. The session descriptions are below.

Hi Sharon, The Journal of Research in Rural Education has moved as of January 2008 from the College of Education at the University of Maine, where it was based for the last 25 years (and the last 15 under the editorship of Ted Colodarci) to Penn State, where it is now housed within the Center on Rural Education and Communities.
