  New to this forum and hbeen actively using the search engine. A couple of posts indicated that just tightening the retaining nuts on the stock springs 3 to 4 clicks would have the governor behave like a 3K GSK would. Is this true? If I want a little more RPM headroom, why not just tighten down the stock springs ...
