Misawa Aviation & Science Museum is hard to miss. A new museum to the city that is located almost adjacent to Misawa AB. The museum is nearly all hands on exhibits with themes of aviation and science. It is perfect for kids and adults.

On our way to visit our good friends K and Miss P last week for a catchup, Tiggy and I stopped at the Bankstown Aviation Museum. As you do. I hadn’t even known that the museum was there until K and her partner moved out this way and we started travelling past it.

Engine detail photography is something I picked up from my father. He has some amazing engine photographs, mainly of motorbikes but also of bigger things. I photographed this Helicopter engine at the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester.

Yesterday I was hoping to go to Chester Zoo, but because the weather forecast showed rain, the decision was made to go to the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester. After being inspired by some of my friend Kov’s photographs of MoSI, Mark and I walked down to Castlefield in the hopes of getting some interesting record or machinery pictures.
