Airport parking refers to a type of serviced parking available at an airport. For a special daily or hourly fee, a person is able to leave their car at the airport for the entire duration of their trip. The area where the parking lots are found is known as the landside area of an airport. The runways, ramps and tank farms are part of the airside area of the airport.

Airport parking users typically claim that the most important aspect they have in mind when leaving their cars at the airport is vehicle safety. Off-airport car parks offer great value for money and often implement stringent measures to ensure the security of the vehicles, which may include all or some of the following: high-security fencing, regular security patrols, secure gates, CCTV and flood-lit parking bays. Clients are also usually able to choose between short, mid and long term parking, depending on their needs.

In addition, Meet and Greet parking deals can save customers the time wasted on parking and retrieving their car. A chauffeur will pick up the vehicle at departure, park it in a secure off-airport parking, and then present it to the owner upon their return.
