October 06, 2008 C-SPAN In the third and final debate sponsored by the Commission on Presidential Debates, presidential candidates debated in a town-hall format, with both candidates taking questions from an audience of undecided voters chosen by the Gallup organization.

This last week Al Gore swung by the offices of Current.tv (which, unlike that Internet, Mr. Gore did co-found) in San Francisco, and while he was there he told a small group of “techies, Twitterers and bloggers: “I’ll be on Twitter by tomorrow.”.

I passed by C-SPAN2 last night and they were showing the Al Gore/George W. Bush town hall debate form 2000.  I didn’t watch long, but did just long enough to see Bush winking at the crowd, (reminded me of someone), while Gore was talking.  The one question I did watch was Bush answering why young

Apparently, I’m blogging for the chicks. Seems the women like the big blogs. If that’s the case, I’m doing it wrong. Actually, I think motivation for blogging is pretty easy: You start blogging because you got shit to say. It’s pretty simple.

Al Gore can’t catch a break these days. After riding a wave of rising global temperatures for the last 25 years of the 20th century, the globe has made an abrupt shift in its climate without intervention from those pesky humans that supposedly cause all the warming in the first place.

Bitter talks about gun bloggers as activists. For good or bad, I live in a fairly safe state when it comes to guns and politics.

With the stock markets seeing four year lows and the wallstreet mess - it’s interesting to see how it had little effect on the great movement triggered by AlGore a few years back. The movement of ‘awareness’, as I like to call it.  Last Saturday, hundreds and thousands of people gathered together at the same time in 50 states to attend 670 concurrent events to demand Green Jobs.
