Rock the Bandwagon
http://www.chamberpost.com/ 2008/ 08/ rock-the-bandwa.htmlby Andrew Bird We drove the bus to Cleveland, just to watch it park; outside the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame that is. We saw some things we expected, and some things we didn't. Obviously at first glance we saw the Hall. Even though we did not have time for a full tour, we did have time to jam outside to a little Led Zeppelin.

Deep Fried Nation
http://www.chamberpost.com/ 2008/ 08/ deep-fried-nati.htmlby Andrew Bird The VoteForBusiness Bandwagon to Minneapolis rolled into the New York State Fair and let me say it was like Red Bull for your retinas. They have anything and everything you could ever want to see, in vivid color. And as in our other "Blue" State Fair, if it was edible....they deep fried it.

Hail to the Syracuse Chiefs
http://www.chamberpost.com/ 2008/ 08/ hail-to-the-syr.htmlby Andrew Bird What a great evening the VoteForBusiness Bandwagon to Minneapolis had at Alliance Bank Stadium, home of the Syracuse Chiefs. The Chiefs are a minor league affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays, and not only were the people of Syracuse excited to see us and sign up with the Chamber, but the Chiefs were wonderful hosts.

Infrastructure Thoughts in Albany
http://www.chamberpost.com/ 2008/ 08/ infrastructure.htmlby Andrew Bird We spent the morning in downtown Albany, New York today. Driving by the Old State Capital in the morning was oddly exciting and we enjoyed the river views from the hills. The Hudson is truly scenic; maybe we should get some painters together to document that fact.

http://www.strangerdance.com/ outside-lands-survival-kit/It’s finally here. Though the months of anticipation, Outside Lands-related posts and Radiohead worship have been fun here at the Stranger Dance, it’ll be nice to get this bitch done with, so we can have some fun. So, in the spirit of community, good citizenship and milking this high-traffic cow one last time, we present the Stranger Dance Outside Lands Survival Kit.

Screengrab Salutes: The Top 20 Animated Features Films (Part Two)
http://www.nerve.com/ CS/ blogs/ screengrab/ archive/ 2008/ 08/ 21/ screengrab-s…SOUTH PARK: BIGGER, LONGER AND UNCUT (1999) Oh, sure, The Simpsons Movie was funny...but it wasn't South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut funny. It wasn't even "Marge vs. the Monorail"-era Simpsons funny. After ten years of writing, The Simpsons Movie seemed no better or worse than an above-average episode of the show drawn out to feature length.
