Unlike John McCain’s congratulations video he put out when Barack Obama made his acceptance speech as the first black presidential nominee for the democratic party, Obama did not congratulate McCain’s vice president pic, Sarah Palin, for being the first republican woman to get picked as a vice presidential running mate.

The media is working overtime to come to the defense of Barack Obama over his connections with convicted felon (yes Politico, convicted felon, not “controversial” as your spinsters put it) Antoin Tony Rezko. The Sun Times actually leads readers to the wrong website when launching their watered down report.

Responding Thursday to the reports of the multiple homes owned by John and Cindy McCain, spokesman Brian Rogers came a little bit unglued: “We’re delighted to have a real estate debate with Barack Obama,” said spokesman Brian Rogers, adding that the press should focus on Obama’s house.

So now, we see Barack Obama trying to make something out of the number of houses he does or does not own, and because he didn’t know the exact answer…(Seven, by the way, including investment property) this is supposed to suggest he’s out of touch. Heh.
