Baby bottles, nipples, various baby furniture pieces, bibs, blankets, and clothes are some of the top gifts given to parents at a baby shower.
Baby bottles come in unique shapes and sizes for various needs. There are special nipples for premature babies or babies that have trouble latching. Some nipples have a vacuum to prevent excess air, with the purpose of preventing gas discomfort for the baby.
Some baby bottles are shaped in such a way to make them easier to clean to prevent bacteria from left over milk or juice.
Parents are often choosing glass bottles over plastic these days because of the bisphenol-A (BPA) scare. BPA is a harmful chemical found in some plastics which can potentially leech into the fluid and into the babies systems. BPA free plastic baby bottles are now readily available as well.
