    High Tea at the Empress Hotel

    While visiting Victoria, it’s mandatory that you experience High Tea at the Empress Hotel.  The fragrant malt coming from the tea is great.  The nibbles are tasty and if you’ve been to one of my beer parties, not unfamiliar.  Here’s the tea service and the food platter.
