Q: When is your birthday, what do you want for your birthday and how will you celebrate your birthday? A: What a timely question! My birthday is, in fact, TODAY! I’m 42 and feel no older than 68, give or take a torn rotator cuff or two.

First of all, I get to seriously revel in the mere idea of EVER sporting some of the biggest/best jewels, adorning the neckslines and ear-lobes of numerous celebs! The stunners always glimmer, impress and shine brightly on the TV screen and make my eyes twinkle.

Does that give you a good visual while I struggle to find time to understand the inner working of my new camera? (and the fact that I seem to have misplaced the old point-and-shoot). I saw Aimee's picture of her fruit leather on flickr and had a wild craving for the stuff.
