The berry can be eaten in so many ways. Usually, chewing and swallowing is the most effective route, but apart from this, the preparation of the various berries in order for them to go down the throat into the dark abyss, is the fun part.

Berries make such a fine and healthy treat and can trick small children into thinking they are eating candy. What kid do you know who doesn't like fruit leather? What about trail mix? Sure, M&M's come with the dried berries, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. Berries can make such excellent jellies and jams. Again — what kid doesn't like a good, old PB&J sandwich?

The reason a berry is so good for you is because of the fiber, the enzymes, and the antioxidant power it contains. Besides, a berry-flavored anything (almost) is just downright good! The cranberry can help with a UTI (urinary tract infection). Raspberries detoxify the liver and clean the blood. The acai berry is a superfood with huge antioxidant power.
